Overview

The Nuclear Physics, Particle Physics, Astrophysics, and Cosmology (NPAC) Initiative at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) enables a program of discovery in fundamental nuclear physics and particle physics. An overarching goal of the NPAC Initiative is to expand our research programs within the Department of Energy’s Office of Science and to have PNNL, as an institution, viewed as a leader in fundamental nuclear physics and particle physics.
